We were in charge of hosting Graduation en vogue event company. In front of thousands of people, our tasks were to inform the audience about the show, keep them entertained as well as making sure that the performances were following their scheduled time. The event was a huge success.
We managed and organized Dekade productions studio events and video shoots to photography sessions. This one in particular was the opening of our their new package deal, we had a blast and the event was a huge success.
We were in charge of a music video shooting for a Montreal based singer named Chris James (Giannini). The location was in the desert in Arizona. Our main tasks were to organize the day and help out with the shooting scenes. Here is the link of the video : http://vimeo.com/37388872
We volunteer at the Rallye Montreal Inc. was a great experience and required an enormous amount of energy. This event helped raise money for the Fondation Montreal Inc. It was created to encourage young entrepreneurs by inviting 780 Montreal companies to be apart of our Bixi race that includes a couple of activities.
Working at this event required a multitasking ability and resolving last minutes problems in a short term of time. Being in a team work environment was a success and can't wait for next year!
The Forum Africa 2013 featured over fifteen conferences, panels and roundtables. Former president of Nigeria, keynote speaker and co-president of honor for the event, Mr. Olusegun Obasanjo, overviewed the particular elements that make Africa so attractive for investors, the abundance of exploitable natural resources, as well as its growing middle class population which can now afford to buy. I was part of the PR team and my main goals where to assist the media and to brief them for the main day. Being apart of the this project was a great oppertunity and it was a huge success.
This fundraiser we organized was to raise money for College LaSalle students that where studying in event planning. The goal was to raise enough money so that the students can organize their own event named Urban Neon. We had made a huge profit and the main event Urban Neon was a great success. We wish the students great success.
